Families making less than $45,000 annually (combined household income) are welcome to apply for a scholarship.
Please use links below to fill out and submit any Summit Strikers F.C. Scholarship requests.

- Must be filled out EVERY year.
- Must be completed by June 15, 2024.
- Must agree to all terms and guidelines of scholarship award of funds. (See below!)

All players ages 14 and older on scholarship MUST take the referee course and
referee up to 10 recreational games per season or volunteer 10 hours during HCSA/SSFC Activities!

ALL Guidelines and Terms of Acceptance of Scholarship Funds

Summit Strikers F.C Scholarship Guidelines:
1. Miss no more than one (1) game per season (one fall/one spring)
2. Be punctual to all practices & games (dressed in SSFC training/game gear, with ball & ready to play at coach designated time) 
3. If parent/guardian cannot provide transportation, parent/guardian MUST arrange other transportation (failure to procure transportation is not an excused absence)
4. Miss no more than (3) training sessions per season
5. Must respect coach, teammates as well as opponents, referees and other coaches
6. Players ages 14 and older must take the referee course and referee up to 10 recreational games per season or volunteer 10 hours during HCSA/SSFC Activities!

SSFC U10 Academy:
1. Miss no more than one (3) team training sessions (including Friday club sessions)
2. Miss no more than 2 games per season on Saturdays.
3. Have a great attitude towards teammates, opponents and coaches
4. Must be punctual and prepared to play at every practice and game
